Pesto Chicken Fusilli with Cream of Mushroom and Broccoli. Valpolicella Ripasso to go with it.

...in reality it’s mostly canned food and pasta sauce lol. Kinda lazy tonight.

Gonna make up some chicken and capellini with artichoke hearts, black olives, mushrooms, capers, roasted peppers, diced fire roasted tomatoes, some chicken stock, a little anchovy paste...and of course garlic, a little onion, and a touch of italian seasoning with some fresh basil.

Will post a pic once I get off my lazy behind and cook it.

The great thing about tacos is that you can’t go wrong. People have such strong opinions on this one but fill it up with meat and veg and sometimes more and just cram it in your facehole. Whether I go with a soft taco or a hard taco depends on my mood - soft is good for when I feel like I have some dignity but hard tacos are great when you’ve no fucks left to give and you’re free to eat like an animal.

I had a monster burrito for lunch (almost 7 hours ago now) and I’m still feeling full. I may completely avoid eating tonight.

Take a soft taco, smear a little refried beans onto it. Then take a hard taco, snap it in half and lay it on top of the beans. Stuff with goodness, and enjoy the best of both worlds.
